Adsense ads just below your blog post title are agianst Adsense TOS?

Most of the bloggers like to place ads just bellow the post title. Adsense ads placed just below the post title have high paying rate and have higher CTR i.e.clickthrough rate. But my friends this is the against  Adsense TOS.  Adsense had set two guidelines in this regard.

1. Ads shouldn't be placed under a title or section heading in a way that implies that the ads are not ads.

2. Ads should be easily distinguishable from surrounding content.

Your Adsense account may get banned if you put ads below post titles.

What Can You Do?
A blogger QuickOnlineTips recieved an e mail regarding this issue.  Adsense team advised the solution for this.

“publishers may not label the Google ads with text other than ‘sponsored links’ or ‘advertisements’.”

So just add the word "Advertisements" above your ad codes as I added in this blog.
