How to Show Only Post Title Without Full Content for Label/Category?

Advertisements

When a user clicks on a label it shows all the posts with full content of the posts with full description and images. Say if you have 50 posts of that label then it will take more time to load and user may get frustrated. How about showing only titles of the posts and not the full post.

So here is the code.

Go to layout >> Edit HTML >> Download full template >> Expand Widget Templates.
Look for
</b:if><b:include data='post' name='post'/>
or
<b:include data='post' name='post'/>

And replace it with

<b:if cond='data:blog.homepageUrl != data:blog.url'> <b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != "item"'> <a expr:href='data:post.url'> <data:post.title/></a><br/><br/> <b:else/> <b:include data='post' name='post'/> </b:if> <b:else/>

<b:include data='post' name='post'/> </b:if>

Save your template.

Now your users will get label search more faster.
