Disable anonymous comments in Blogger

Advertisements

If you are getting lots of anonymous comments on your blog it is sometimes annoying. But you can easily disable these anonymous comments. Let's see how -

1. Sign in to Blogger Dashboard >> Settings >> Comments.

2. Look for "Who Can Comment?" option. Select any one option from last three ones. Make sure first option Anyone is not selected. (look following image). Save.

Now you will never get anonymous comments.

But how to disable anonymous comments but allow people to still write in "Name/URL"? That feature is missing in Blogger.

People with blogs / websites are simply anonymous people with blogs / websites.

You can't block Anonymous comments using Blogger's comment system. Its an all-or-nothing comment system

Use 3rd party service like
http://disqus.com/
