Get your missing / replaced favicon back !

Hey guys you have noticed that your blog/websites favicon is replaced by blogger favicon. You can get it back easily .

What you have to do is to move your codes for the favicon from it original position in the template to just after and just before
. Look preview and save .

This could look like as follows

Upload your icon image to blogger or photobucket. Copy image location and replace with red code above. Size of image should be below 10 KB.

Change favicon for old classic Blogger template
If you are using the old classic Blogger template instead of the New Blogger xml template, go to blogger.com (Dashboard) > template > Edit HTML and look for

and paste the favicon codes immediately after <$BlogMetaData$>

Favicon is the image you seen in address bar/Tabs bar. Like for Blogger it is a "B" in orange background. You have to create 16X16 image that suits your blog.
